KTVW-DT, virtual and UHF digital channel 33, is a Univision owned-and-operated television station located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The station is owned by Univision Communications, as part of a duopoly with Flagstaff-licensed UniMás owned-and-operated station KFPH-DT (channel 13). The two stations share studio facilities located on 30th Street in southern Phoenix, and its transmitter is located atop South Mountain on the city's south side.
