Mitzpe Eshtemoa (Hebrew: מצפה אשתמוע‎, lit. Eshtemoa Lookout) is an Israeli settlement outpost in the West Bank. Located to the north of Shim'a, it falls under the jurisdiction of Har Hebron Regional Council.
