The District of Has (Albanian: Rrethi i Hasit) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania and one of the smallest. It has a population of 17,419 (2010 estimate), and an area of 393 km2 (152 sq mi). It is in the north-east of the country, part of Kukës County, and its capital and only municipality is Krumë.
