Hampstead Academy is an independent school situated on a wooded 9-acre (36,000 m²) campus in southeastern New Hampshire. Established in 1978, Hampstead Academy is approved by the New Hampshire State Department of Education and Health and Human Services, and is fully accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). The school has active memberships in the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), Independent School Association of Northern New England (ISANNE) and the New Hampshire Science Teachers Association.
