Scappoose Industrial Airpark (ICAO: KSPB, FAA LID: SPB, formerly 1S4) is a public use airport located one nautical mile (1.85 km) northeast of the central business district of Scappoose, in Columbia County, Oregon, United States. It is owned and operated by the Port of St. Helens, an Oregon port district and municipal corporation, on behalf of district residents.
