KSHV-TV, virtual channel 44 (UHF digital channel 45), is a MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station located in Shreveport, Louisiana, United States. Owned by White Knight Broadcasting, KSHV is operated under a shared services agreement by Nexstar Broadcasting Group, which owns NBC affiliate, KTAL-TV; Nexstar also operates Fox affiliate KMSS-TV, under a shared services agreement with owner Marshall Broadcasting. KSHV & KMSS share studio facilities located on Jewella Avenue, between Claiborne Avenue and Ninock Street, on the western side of Shreveport; KSHV's transmitter located near Mooringsport (southeast of Caddo Lake).
