KHGI-TV is the ABC-affiliated television station for most of central and western Nebraska and the northern third of Kansas that is licensed to Kearney. It broadcasts on VHF channel 13 from a transmitter in Lowell. Owned by Pappas Telecasting Companies, KHGI is part of a duopoly with Lincoln-based Fox affiliate KFXL-TV.
