Amity Township is a township in Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,140 at the 2000 census. There are no longer any boroughs or villages in the township, after the disappearance of Arbuckle and Hatch Hollow. The latter is the birthplace of famed muckracker Ida M.
