The station is owned by MCG Capital Corporation; Raycom Media, which owns CBS affiliate KGMB (channel 5) and NBC affiliate KHNL (channel 13), operates KFVE under a shared services agreement. All three stations share studios on Waiakamilo Road in downtown Honolulu, KFVE's transmitter is located in Palehua.
