Mayfield High School is a public high school located in Mayfield Village, Ohio, an eastern suburb of Cleveland. It is part of the Mayfield City School District. It educates about 1,700 students and is in the middle of a 52 acre campus in Mayfield Village, Ohio. The building that is now the 8-9 building was opened in 1963, the building that is now the 10-11-12 building was opened in 1970, the building that is now the Excel TECC building was opened in 1972, the pool and field house were added in 1989, the science wing was added in 1999 and also an expansion of the music room facilities were completed.
