The High Falls Film Festival is an annual film festival held each spring in Rochester, New York. Founded in 2001, the festival's mission is to focus on quality independent films from around the world. The current festival focus is on the work of women in all areas of film, video and new media, highlighting Rochester’s standing as the home of motion picture film (George Eastman) and the women's rights movement (Susan B. Anthony).
