Boone's Creek Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky, was organized in 1785 by Elders John Taylor and John Tanner with 18 original members. Prominent among the founders were Daniel Boone's brother Samuel with wife Sarah (Day). Their aim is to spread the glory of God from their neighbors to the nations.
