Southeast (formerly known as Brewster North) is a Metro-North Railroad station serving the residents of Southeast, New York via the Harlem Line. Trains leave for New York City every hour, and about every 30 minutes during rush hour. It is the terminus of the Harlem Line electrified service. For travel farther north to Wassaic, passengers must transfer here to diesel powered service. Exceptions are rush hours and a direct round-trip to Grand Central on weekends. It is 53.2 miles (86 km) from Grand Central Terminal and travel time to Grand Central is approximately one hour, 27 minutes.
