The Tides was designed by Loewenberg Architects and developed by Magellan Development and was the second luxury rental tower completed at the Lakeshore East development, Chicago, USA. The 51-story tower is located at 360 East South Water Street, East of the Chicago Loop. The building was given an aquatic-themed name like the rest of the Lakeshore East developments, This theme is inspired by the surrounding Chicago River and Lake Michigan.
