Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) is a college located in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The college is located next to Loring Park. With one of the most diverse student populations in Minnesota, MCTC serves nearly 14,000 students annually. It is a part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System (MnSCU).
