Lubbock Christian University is a private Christian university associated with the Churches of Christ located in Lubbock, Texas, in the United States. Founded as Lubbock Christian School in 1954, the institution was known as Lubbock Christian College from 1956 to 1988. A fall 2012 count showed 2,135 students enrolled at Lubbock Christian University, of which nearly 500 are graduate students.
