Villanow, Georgia is an unincorporated community in Walker County, Georgia. It is between Dalton and La Fayette, Georgia. There are currently no schools that service the community of Villanow. Armuchee Valley Elementary School was closed in 1992, following a fire that destroyed the classrooms and offices. Later on in 1993, a separate fire destroyed what remained of the school, to include the cafeteria. In September 2010 the Armuchee Valley Community Center opened.
