Livingston County is a county located in the U.S. state of New York. As of the 2010 census, the population was 65,393. Its county seat is Geneseo. The county is named after Robert R.
Dansville is a village in the town of North Dansville, with a small northern part in the town of Sparta in the eastern part of Livingston County, New York, United States. As of the as of 2010[update] census, the village population was 4,719. The village is named after Daniel Faulkner, an early settler. Interstate 390 passes next to the west side of the village.
