Puʻu ʻŌʻō (often written Puu Oo, and pronounced [ˈpuʔu ˈʔoːʔoː], roughly "poo-oo oh-oh") is a cinder/spatter cone in the eastern rift zone of the Kīlauea volcano of the Hawaiian Islands.
