Otoyol 32 (English: Motorway 32), abbreviated as O-32, aka İzmir-Çeşme Otoyolu (English: Izmir-Çeşme Motorway), is a toll motorway in the Aegean Region of Turkey connecting the cities İzmir and Çeşme. It runs in east-west direction in a length of 68 km (42 mi).
