Lyubinsky District (Russian: Лю́бинский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwestern central part of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,300 square kilometers (1,300 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Lyubinsky. Population: 3,735 (2010 Census); 42,123 (2002 Census); 44,283 (1989 Census). The population of the administrative center accounts for 27.1% of the district's total population.
