Konstantinovsky District (Russian: Константи́новский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty in Amur Oblast, Russia. The area of the district is 1,800 square kilometers (690 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Konstantinovka. Population: 12,986 (2010 Census); 14,847 (2002 Census); 16,710 (1989 Census). The population of Konstantinovka accounts for 41.0% of the district's total population.
