Sântana (Romanian pronunciation: [sɨnˈtana]; German: Neusanktanna; Hungarian: Újszentanna) is a town in north-western Romania, in the county of Arad. It had 12,936 inhabitants as of 2002. The town is situated in the northern part of the Aradului Plateau, at a 29 km distance from the county capital (Arad).
