Ujście Warty Landscape Park, also, Warta River Mouth Landscape Park, (Polish: Park Krajobrazowy Ujście Warty) is a protected area (a Landscape Park) in western Poland, along the lower stretches of the Warta river as it approaches its confluence with the Odra (Oder).
