Bansarian is a small village of Gujrat District, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is part of Kharian Tehsil and is located at 32°46'0N 73°50'0E with an altitude of 256 metres (843 feet). Bansarian has many communities – Jat, Gujjar, Araien, and many other castes. The Lamberdar of the village Bansarian are from Maher bradri. Nowadays Qamar Thekedar playing a vital role in the ruling of Bansarian. He is respected by almost all villagers. Many young boys are shifted temporarily to larger cities such as Lahore and Islamabad for the educational purposes.
