The population of Dhaunkal is 42,000, of which 20,000 registered to vote. All of the roads of Dhaunkal are made of cement. Due to access of transportation you can move towards Dhaunkal from all over the Pakistan in 24 hours because NHA provides fully access. A water pipeline covers the whole town and there is also a water purification plant.
