The Gorani or Goranci (Cyrillic: Горани or Горанци, meaning Highlanders, pronounced [ɡɔ̌rani] or [ɡɔrǎːntsi]) are a Slavic Muslim ethnic group inhabiting the Gora region - the triangle between Kosovo, Albania, and Macedonia.
Kamenjane (Macedonian: Kameњaнe; Albanian: Kamjan) is a village in northwest Macedonia. It is located about seven kilometres west of Tetovo. The population is approximately 14,500 people and consists mostly of Albanian.
