Alexăndreni is a commune in Sîngerei district, Moldova. It is composed of five villages: Alexăndreni, Grigoreşti, Heciul Vechi, Ţipleşti and Ţipleteşti. The village of Alexăndreni was established in 1837 as a Jewish agricultural colony, with Jews remaining as the majority of population prior to World War II.
