Louang Namtha, M. Nalae, or M. Na Lae, Luang Nam Tha (Lao: ມ. ນາແລ, ຫລວງນໍ້າທາ) is the capital of Luang Namtha Province in northern Laos. The city lies on the Tha River (Nam Tha).
