Institut de Technologie du Cambodge (Khmer: វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា; ITC), also known as Techno (Khmer: តិចណូ), is the only institution in Cambodia whose mission is to form superior and middle managers whom private companies need. It is so in narrow relation with the industrial world directly involved in the regional context. It benefited from a frame of action (finance,...) which allowed ITC to start without time losing.
