Hayakawa (早川町, Hayakawa-chō) is a town in Minamikoma District, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. As of July 2012, the town had an estimated population of 1,160 and a population density of 3.13 persons per km². The total area was 369.86  km². It has the smallest population of any town in Japan.
