Javanrud (Kurdish: Ciwanro; Persian: جوانرود‎; also Romanized as Javānrūd; also known as Qal‘a Jūanrūd, Qal‘eh Jūānrūd, and Qal‘eh-ye Javānrūd, all meaning "Fort Javanrud", and Jūānrū) is the capital city of Javanrud County, Kermanshah Province, Iran.
