Rawatsar is a city, a municipality, and one of the seven tehsils in Hanumangarh district in the Indian state of Rajasthan.Rawatsar was a part of Sihag king state, whose capital was pallu and sui. Later it occupied by Bikaner state and given to Bikaner state's Rawtot. rawtot were ruled under Bikaner state.
