A P Varkey Mission Hospital, Arakkunnam is a general hospital owned and operated by CPIM in Ernakulam district in Kerala. The hospital is named after the former district secretary of CPIM party, late A.P. Varkey. It was established in 1999 and was inaugurated by the Leader of opposition Kerala state assembly V.S. Achuthananthan. Hospital is located at Arakkunnam about 25 km (16 mi) from the Koch in a 25-acre (10 ha) sprawling campus.
