Karlovasi (Greek: Καρλόβασι) is a town and a former municipality on the island of Samos, North Aegean, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Samos, of which it is a municipal unit. It is located on the northwest side of the island. According to the 2001 census, the population of the municipal unit was 9,590 inhabitants. Its land area is 100.330 km².
