Kilroot (from Irish Cill Ruaidh, meaning "church of the redhead") is a townland, population centre and civil parish in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It lies to the east of Eden, on the outskirts of Carrickfergus on the northern shore of Belfast Lough.
