The River Bulbourne is a river in Hertfordshire, England. It runs in a south-easterly direction from Dudswell in Northchurch, through Berkhamsted, Bourne End and Boxmoor to where it joins the River Gade at Two Waters in Apsley near Hemel Hempstead.
