Hagere Mariam (also known as Alga, Kuku) is a town in southern Ethiopia. Located on the paved Addis Ababa-Moyale highway, in the Borena Zone of the Oromia Region, it is the largest town in the region traditionally inhabited by the Guji Oromo.
