Heerstraße is a railway station in the Westend district of Berlin. It is served by the S-Bahn line S5. The station is situated on the street of the same name, the major thoroughfare from Berlin's inner city to the west. The street led to the former proving grounds in Döberitz, thus the name Heer (land army) stems from the passing Guards Corps of the Imperial German Army.
