The Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law (German: Max-Planck-Institut für Immaterialgüter- und Wettbewerbsrecht) is a Munich, Germany, -based institute, part of the research institutions of the Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science, which manages more than 90 institutes and research institutions.
