Curaçao (/ˈkʊrəsaʊ/ KUR-ə-sow or /ˈkjʊərəsaʊ/ KEWR-ə-sow; Dutch: Curaçao; Papiamentu: Kòrsou) is an island in the southern Caribbean Sea, north of the Venezuelan coast, that is a constituent country (Dutch: land) of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
