Richmond /ˈrɪtʃmənd/ is a coastal city incorporated in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Part of the Metro Vancouver area, as of 2013 it is the fourth-most populous city in the province. Richmond has an immigrant population of 60%, the highest in Canada.
