Queen's Quay Terminal is a condominium apartment and shopping mall complex in Toronto, Canada. The building was a cold storage warehouse facility, the Toronto Terminal Warehouse, built in 1926 by Moores & Dunford (NYC) and converted to a condo/mall complex in 1983. The southwest section was demolished and forms the south end of the parking lot between Queen's Quay Terminal and the EnWave PowerPlant. The renovations by Zeidler Roberts added four floors to the original 10 floor structure, for a total of 750,000 square feet (70,000 m²) of space.
