Châteauguay (French pronunciation: ​[ʃɑtoɡɛ], local pronunciation: [ʃɑtoɡe]) is an off-island suburb of Montreal, in southwestern Quebec, located both on the Chateauguay River and Lac St-Louis, which is a section of the St. Lawrence River.
