Pancharevo (Bulgarian: Панчарево) is a suburban district located in the south-eastern parts of the capital and largest city in Bulgaria-Capital Municipality.It has 32,000 inhabitants (As of 2012) and It is the largest region in Sofia with total area of 364,7 km². It includes the largest artificial lake in Bulgaria, the Iskar Dam as well as Lake Pancharevo and Pasarel Reservoir.Over the last years Pancharevo is shapping as the most attractable for living suburban neighborhood with a clean air,scenic nature,excellent house building sector and mineral water which is used for balneotherapy or spa.
