Seyidbəyli (Armenian: Խաչեն (Khatchen)), also Seyidshen, is a village in the Khojali Rayon of Azerbaijan. Since the Nagorno-Karabakh war the town has been administered by the de facto Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as part of Askeran Province.
