Anaho Island is an island in Pyramid Lake, Nevada, United States, on the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation. It is located in the southeastern part of the lake, approximately four miles east of the community of Sutcliffe. The island is home to the Anaho Island National Wildlife Refuge, which protects a colony of American white pelicans, one of the two largest pelican colonies in the western United States.
