Irpin (Ukrainian: Ірпі́нь), or Irpen (Russian: Ирпе́нь) is a city located on the Irpin River in Kiev Oblast (province) of northern Ukraine. Administratively, it is incorporated as a town of oblast significance. It cerves as he administrative center of Irpin Municipality, which includes the city of Irpin and three urban-type settlements. Population: 42,924 (2013 est.).
