Lauvøya (sometimes Løvøya) is an island in the municipality of Flatanger in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. The island sits just off the mainland coast, across from the village of Lauvsnes. The main church for northern Flatanger, Løvøy Church, is located on the island.
