Khulua (Hindi: खुलुआ) is a village in the centre of India, between Varanasi and Allahabad, in Mirzapur district, in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Khulua has a population of 4,000 (2001 census). It is on the bank of the river Ganges. It is part of combination of five villages, along with Semra, Daurhara, Majhalipatti and Annirudhapur. The headquarters is Mirzapur District.
